How long does it take to heat up?
Please warm noted that the heat becomes noticeable after about 3 minutes of use, and it takes up to 10 mins to reach the max temperature of 130℉.
How to deal with malfunction such as suddenly stop woking or fail to work?
Please check if auto timer runs out and if the overheat function activate; Moreover, please check if the adapter plugged into socket well or adapter outlet connected to device power inlet wire well.
Where is the main part of the massage?
Lower back, neck and shoulder. The shiatsu massage rollers are fixed,please place the massager in the correct direction. If you want to massage the lower back, the shiatsu rollers need to be placed in the lower position.
PLEASE NOTE: This massager is a SPOT massager, the roller will not move up and down.
The Upright position is best for lower back & lumbar and the Upside-down position is suitable for neck,shoulders and upper back.
